Due date: Monday April 7th, 2014
This semester we will explore many different forms of life and their cellular/system organization. We will also place great emphasis on human systems and health. Selecting a topic and developing an essay are a means of extending your knowledge. I have attached a WHO (World Health Organization) document that lists causes of death in humans. With the exception of accidents, they involve physiological and nutritional issues. Also listed below are a wide variety of human diseases and disorders. From these lists you will select a topic to explore. In order to make the connection with our course, make sure you include information on the physiology and causes of the disease.
